You have to email the official mihoyo support team to have it deleted. It takes about 30 days. Everyone Stop posting your emails to the thread because literally your account get taken

Wow people really are posting emails on here? not safe at all. Also this website isnt even the official website for mihoyo so hope nobody gets spam in their inboxes or worse, gets emails stolen!
